No, this isn’t a repost back from last year. Aaron Hernandez’s story just got a whole lot more grim with the news that he has now been indicted for the 2012 drive-by slayings of Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado. A press conference will be taking place shortly to discuss the case, but this has been brewing since the Odin Lloyd indictment, when Hernandez was discovered on the scene of Abreu and Furtado’s murder. Per David Frank, editor of Massachusetts Lawyer Weekly, Hernandez plans to plea not guilty.
