It’s been almost two weeks since the end of the 2013 NFL Draft, so there’s been ample opportunity to analyze the results, prognosticate the ramifications and, in the case of Peter King, fill two weekly columns with excuses as to why his mock draft sucked (“THIS YEAR WAS SUPER HARD TO PREDICT, YOU GUYS!”). In fact, the only first-round selection that Lord Hoppy Nutmeg got right was Pittsburgh’s pick of Jarvis Jones with the 17th selection. The rest? Wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong. Now, mock drafts are inherently pointless and full of guesswork, so error is practically unavoidable. Still, it’s great to see that Peter King is worse than everyone even when it comes to stuff that doesn’t matter. Better still, that someone made a graphical representation of how well-known pundits fared in predicting the draft, which more than anything just serves to highlight PK’s ineptitude.
