Typically, when players want to do something as bold as tell the world their team is going to win the next Super Bowl, they do it in a way calculated to get the most immediate exposure. For example, last year the Panthers Ryan Kalil took out a full-page newspaper ad to proclaim the Panthers would soon be champs.

Von Miller goes about things a little differently. Why bother paying the money for a newspaper ad when you can tweet the message to the world in the wee hours of the morning? Gotta make sure the insomniacs see it first. The timing is a little bizarre, but the mental image of Von Miller hyping himself up in the mirror while everyone sleeps on a weekday in March is amusing.

Just like a blipster to be on something before everyone else.

By the way, our sexbag writer, Matt Ufford, will be interviewing Von for his SB Nation podcast later today. Fair chance the guarantee comes up.

UPDATE: Von said the guarantee is in honor of his six-year-old cousin who got in a serious car accident. More admirable, but less fun to mock.
