I hate this broadcast team. Gruden’s every comment essentially boils down to “These professional football players are good at playing football!” Jaws is all about the minutiae of QB play and, of course, name-dropping obscure assistant coaches no one has heard of (nor gives a shit about.) Tirico is, you know, whatever, but he cannot hope to contain his moron boothmates. Oh, and if they’re gonna keep giving us full-body shots of the guys in the booth, can someone get Gruden to (1) stand up; (2) cross his legs; or (3) get some looser-fitting pants?

I just got wood when ESPN did the old CBS Sports Football pregame intro music and graphics and had Brent Musberger, Phyllis George (wasn’t Leslie Visser on the show?), Irv Cross, and Jimmy the Greek’s corpse at the desk. Then they ruined it then TJ and Blowhard Berman interrupted.
