espn doesn’t report on civil suits? since when? they got long yardage off of the goldmans’ wrongful death suit against oj (which they won because the lower standard of proof at civil trials – a preponderance of the evidence [what, likelier than not, happened] – is light years easier than the proof beyond a reasonable doubt necessary to convict of a crime). it’s this lower evidentiary standard that the shyster and his pathetic client are banking on in every sense of the phrase. here’s hoping that karma works in NV so ben can win at trial, sue the broad for abuse of process, get a judgment against her, and augment his retirement income by garnishing her wages. don’t get mad; get even.
