I sense the sarcastic undertone of this post, but I feel obliged to point out with all joking aside…

It is VERY dangerous to lose weight via a steam room or sauna (after 26+ years in the industry we should know). Any weight lost in this manner is only water weight, and can lead to severe dehydration.
