Vitali Klitschko successfully defended his share of the heavyweight title over the weekend in his adopted homeland of Germany with a win over Juan Gomez. So excited was the Ukrainian born fighter to have knocked out his former sparring partner that he felt compelled to offer up this classic German salute. Either that or he was attempting to salvage the merger between Morgan Springs and Poland Creek. We may never know.

Actually, I think that little motion is illegal in Germany. I heard that the WWE wrestler “JBL” got in trouble for doing the same thing.
Don’t be an idiot, Vitali. Slavs aren’t “kosher” with the Nazis.
Nazi Watch ’09?
To bring this back to topic, which NFL players are most likely to be on the Nazi Watch ’09 roster?
I’m eagerly awaiting the next “Nazi Watch ’09″ post.
I guess once you’ve grown up under one totalitarian regime you have trouble telling any of them apart…
Finally a decent heavyweight fight…though Klitschko should have put him donw in the 5th or 6th had he aggresively followed up a few punches that staggered Gomez.
You know, the Anschluss wasn’t that bad an idea. Those lazy Austrians needed a good kick in the pants to get them back to doing whatever it is that Austrians do besides sing queer songs like ‘Edelweiss.’
@ Animal Mother: Probably not, but remember, Mike’s defense was impregnable. His style was imperious.
Does the Deutsche Boxing League allow crotch punching? If so, he will reign as champ.

I wonder what his favorite fetish is.
Klitschko will never forgive the Germans for how they treated his grandfather during the war … passed over for promotion time and time again.
OFF-TOPIC:
Peter King’s MMQB is up, but it may take a while for the KSK take. The hotel mockery likely ruined BDD’s keyboard.
I’m more worried about Iran.
But will he fuck you till you love him, like Mike Tyson?
Boxing is gay.
I wish I had a cool last name like Clits-chko.
