Stephen King may have said the master director knew nothing about horror, but that simply is not true. That is a too biased opinion for anyone to go on given that he wrote the book, which Kubrick based his wonderful film ever so loosely on. And at any rate, faithful or not, KUBRICK’s Shining-the BEST crafted genre film of the 80′s- performs it’s duty as a fright flick, and then some.

if bridget moynahan hadn’t gone off the pill without telling tom and admitted it to him, according to people close to the family. she would be just another old girlfriend and noone would remember who he dated over 3 years ago. she’s not part of his life and has never met gisele, so WHO CARES!? she’s just an opportunist cougar, who thought she had the GOODS to keep him. but he wasn’t buying her deceipt and betrayal. then she went around portraying herself as a VICTIM. It was a crapshoot and she lost. get over it!!! remember how she met tom? she wasn’t with him 3, but 2 years. she was with scott rosenberg for 3 years. she got to meet tom through her agent so she could get a personalized autograph from tom for scott for his birthday, instead she ended up dumping scott and took off with tom for houston 5 minutes after she dumped him, at least tom waited two weeks to start dating gisele, now thats’ KARMA ! it’s funny how much they have in common, he thought tom was just a fling and she thought gisele was just a fling, she should have stayed or got pregnant with the real thing.

This is indeed a time for mourning; father has been corrupted by the Umlaut. Only I can prevent total destruction and a high INT to TD ratio now.
