Apparently the Beaker in D.C. meme is spreading. Okay, College Park isn’t in D.C., but it is inside the Beltway, so it gets a pass. And, you know, because Jim Henson went to UMD (they even have a statue of him – tuition dollars well spent!).

Unless I’m mistaken, Beaker at the UNC-Maryland game is a reference to Tyler Hansborough.
