I normally stick up for soccer, but when push comes to shove, I’m siding with this site’s sport. And face it, there’s no question about which of the two footballs is gayer.

Just curious, because I really don’t know–is there any actual tangible benefit to winning one of these awards? Like more traffic, more ad revenue, etc.? I’m thinking there has to be, the way so many blogs grub after these completely unscientific and basically rigged awards like they were the Nobel Prize or something.
