I did check the stats, and if you take out the biggest fluke play of the year, Lardo is averaging 2.9 ypc. That’s frickin’ pathetic by any HB’s standards. To break down the average run by Lardo; 1. Step forward, grab ball. 2. Take 2 steps to the LOS. 3. Fall forward. 4. Return to sideline and attempt to eat own weight in ham. IMO, 2.9 ypc is unacceptable by any non-FB in the prime of his career. But opinions are like buttholes, and this isn’t the place for stupid arguments. Sorry Stig.

Lendale, due to his size, is what’s known in the game of football as a short-yardage back. Last year Lendale ran for 1110 yds on 303 carries for an average of 3.66 yds per and this year is averaging 3.9. Have you not seen him pounding the field in the fourth quarter knocking the opposing defense on their asses to run clock? Jeez, get a freaking clue.

RE Shaft: Chris Johnson is by far the superior RB and is the one that actually moves the ball down the field, then Lardo comes in and rolls, (literally) forward for a 2 yard TD he never does the work but gets all the glory. Plus, he’s paid millions to stay in shape and play football, but every spring he shows up 40 lbs overweight, and barely averages 3 ypc.
