I just read an insider expert article from an underground exclusive website that is reporting: Herman Edwards and Bill Kuharich of the Chiefs have developed a diabolical master plan for the 2008 NFL Draft: They are attempting to obtain the rights to every single pick, totalling 224 over all seven rounds. This has obviously never been done before, but one NFL source says: “Basically, it all comes down to if the Chiefs are willing to part with Boomer Grigsby.”

The best thing about the draft is the sheer number of franchises that are really bad at it. However, as a Colts fan, It’s like “Great, some great role player that will sign with Indy, play here for five years, and go get a monster contract somewhere else, after which he will suck.”

Although, I am thrilled to watch someone like the Raiders and 49ers do something really dumb. Can’t really say anything about Miami’s pick. But the Rams will be high comedy.
