I’m very disappointed that I didn’t hear Berman’s self-important reaction when the Giants took DeOssie. Can anyone describe it or something? Did they blur it when Boomer started to whack off to his own greatness, or just put it on the air as is?

Here’s where the NFL sucks on this: if you get there at 5:15 a.m. instead of 5:00, and you’re not getting in, that’s a real bitch. At these things, you’ve always got to have a staffer there to take a count and let people know that they should go the fuck home at some point because there’s no chance they’re getting in.

Maybe they did that later on down the line, but I somehow doubt it.

@ UM: Unfortunately, no. No outside drinks, and that includes camelbaks. I was also carrying a lot of heavy video equipment, AND a bag of schwag.
